By accessing or using AwaChat (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including (but not limited to) attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operations, or violating applicable laws.
Billing is user-owned but may be optionally attached to a tenant account. By initiating payments or subscriptions, you authorize charges according to selected plans and terms.
The Service, including content, features, and trademarks, are owned by AwaChat or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
